Hi! I am Shandler Sutton, a Family Resource Partner with Child First, Forsyth County.  I was born and raised in NC, so you know I love a can of Cheerwine. As I grew up, I moved across cities and changed schools often. Moving around so much taught me the significance of maintaining relationships. When I finished high school, I didn't know what my career would look like. After thoughtul consideration, I recognized a  growing need for community strength, I decided to pursue Family Relations. Now, I have my B.S. in Child Development and Family Studies from NC A&T which allows for me to understand the intersection between children's development and family.I hope to be a supportive coach for my families as they navigate their own challenges and barriers. I value community organizing, cultural awareness, and building lasting relationships.  Thank you for learning a little more about me.
